Carlton in Lindrick is a village in Nottinghamshire, England. It is located 3 miles north of Worksop. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 5,818.[1] The parish church of St John the Evangelist is late Saxon Carlton Mill is a 19th century corn mill, steam- and water-powered, now converted into a museum.[2]

The village is named in part for its location, in the ancient district of Lindrick, most of which lies in what is now South Yorkshire.[3]
